Great British Balls Out Since 2011

Jez ran his own talent management company before ‘putting his balls on the line’ and setting up The Bowler. He learnt to cook at the organic farm and cookery school Ballymaloe, near Cork, before discovering the ‘food truck’ scene on a trip to the US which inspired the launch of The Bowler. He started off doing a Supper Club for friends before finding his eye-catching van on eBay and becoming one of the first food trucks in the UK on the London street food scene. The Bowler also makes regular appearances at markets, private events, film sets and summer festivals throughout the UK.
